  1. I have not received a Validation e-mail.

    Did you supply the correct e-mail address?
    If you suspect that you may have supplied an incorrect e-mail address, please contact us and we will correct the mistake and resend you a validation e-mail.

    Does your mail software block our e-mails?
    If you are an AOL or MSN user you may find that their anti-spam software may block automated e-mails from us thinking that it is Spam; other ISPs may also do the same. If you do not receive our e-mails, first of all check your Spam folder and then make sure your filter is not blocking us; if this still does not resolve the issue please contact us and we will see if we can resolve it.

  2. I have received a validation e-mail but the link does not work.
    If you receive the e-mail, but there is no active link you will find that the e-mail also includes a web address that can be used to validate your account. Simply copy the web address and paste it into the address bar of your browser, hit the enter button and your account should be validated! Should you still have problems please contact us.

  4. I have ordered an item, but it is still in my cart.
    That's okay, your order will have gone through if you have fully completed the checkout process. Your cart will clear once the session has expired. However, if you decide to order another product immediately make sure you remove the first item before you add something new to your cart.
