Wills 2008-2009: Standing Searches (SS) 
Standing searches are really 'open ended searches' whereby you make an Application for the Will of an individual recently deceased when that Will is not yet in the public domain; once you have made that Application, when the Will finally becomes public you will receive a copy. A standing search lasts for the duration of six months or until the Will becomes Public; if the Will does not become Public within six months then you can renew your Standing Search application for another six months.

There is no need to order a Standing Search WSTWA-1 unless we suggest that this is your only option, try Wills 2009-2010 instead.

N.B. Refund Available
If you apply for a Standing Search, but we find the Will immediately you will receive a refund of approximately £83.00 minus any extras you have asked for, e.g. texts, insurance etc.

Beneficiaries and Executors Index
The Beneficiaries and Executors Index is a private index compiled by Ukfamilyrecords.com. It is an Index that lists the Beneficiaries and Executors named in the Wills of individuals who have died during the past 300 years. It has been compiled from Probate Records, that is Wills that have required a Grant of Probate. The testator (the individual who left the Will) may have named Beneficiaries and Executors who are entitled to property, money or valuables from their Estate, the Index lists these Beneficiaries and Executors.
